What you say today. What changes.
Everything waits for me.
It works while you sleep.
ChatGPT is clever, but it forgets me and it can't actually do anything.
It remembers you — and does the work, not just the talking.
Things break quietly and I find out late.
One short report every morning on everything that matters.
How it works, step by step.
5 steps, and our team does them with you, so you never manage the software.
Step 1: A short call about your day
You tell us what you check every morning, what you chase every week and which apps your business runs on.
Step 2: We set up your private assistant
On its own private server, connected to your chat app, locked to you and the people you approve.
Step 3: We teach it your business
Its personality, your rules, your products, your people and what it may and may not do.
Step 4: We switch on your daily jobs
Morning briefing, health checks, reminders and reports — each one tested with you before it goes live.
Step 5: You use it from your phone
Ask, forward, delegate. It learns new skills as you use it, and we review and improve it every month.
Everything it does. 84 features.
Talk to it anywhere
- Chat on WhatsApp or Telegram
- Message it like a colleague. It replies in the same chat, day or night.
- Also on Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord, Signal, email and SMS
- One assistant, one memory across every app — start a task on Telegram and finish it by email.
- Voice notes in, voice replies out
- Speak instead of typing. Ask it to answer in voice when you are driving.
- Speaks your language
- English, Hindi and Hinglish — and many other languages — typed or spoken. It can also write customer messages in the language each customer prefers.
- Always on, even when your laptop is off
- It runs in the cloud around the clock, so jobs happen on time whether or not anyone is at a desk.
- Send it anything
- Photos, screenshots, PDFs, Word files, Excel sheets and scanned documents. It reads them and works with them.
- Files come back in the chat
- Reports, spreadsheets, charts, presentations and PDFs arrive as attachments you can forward straight to your team.
- Private web control panel
- A password-protected dashboard for settings, conversations, scheduled jobs, skills, connections and usage.
- Desktop app and phone access
- Use it from your laptop, your phone or your tablet — it is the same assistant everywhere.
- Team access with private conversations
- Add your managers. Each person gets a private conversation, even inside a shared group.
- One-tap quick commands
- A menu of shortcuts such as "fast and cheap" or "think hard", right inside the chat.
- Your systems can talk to it
- Your website, CRM or automations can send events to the assistant, and it can push results back to them.
- Correct it mid-task
- Send a new message while it is working and it changes direction without starting over.
It remembers and learns
- Long-term memory
- It remembers facts about you, your business and your preferences across every conversation, on every app.
- Its own personality and rules
- You decide its name, tone, language, role and the rules it must never break.
- Your business rulebook
- Standing instructions — who your key customers are, what it may promise, how to write to your team — loaded into every conversation.
- It searches its own past conversations
- "What did we decide about the Goa package price last month?" gets an answer, not a blank look.
- It learns new skills from experience
- After a complex task it writes down how it did it as a reusable skill, and improves that skill the next time it uses it.
- Hundreds of ready-made skills
- Documents, spreadsheets, research, design, email, calendars, finance models, GitHub and more — switched on as you need them.
- It remembers what it told you yesterday
- Daily reports compare with the previous day, so you hear what changed — not the same list again.
- Personal profiles for each user
- It learns each team member's role and preferences separately.
Works on a schedule
- Scheduled jobs in plain language
- "Every Monday at 10, summarise last week's leads" — no technical setup, no forms.
- Morning briefing
- Calendar, tasks, yesterday's numbers and news from your industry — one message when you wake up.
- Silent unless something is wrong
- Monitoring jobs stay quiet on a good day and message you only when something needs attention.
- Standing goals
- Give it a goal and it keeps working step by step, across many turns, until the job is done — then reports back.
- Repeat-until-done loops and check-ins
- "Check the courier status every 30 minutes and tell me when it is delivered."
- Reminders that matter
- Payment due dates, GST filing dates, licence renewals, insurance expiry, birthdays and follow-ups.
- Ready-made automation blueprints
- Pick a blueprint — morning brief, website uptime check, news digest — answer two questions and it is scheduled.
- Alerts when a job fails
- If a scheduled job cannot finish, you are told, with the reason.
- Emergency stop
- One command pauses every scheduled job and every new task at once.
Research and knowledge work
- Web research with sources
- It searches, reads the pages and gives you an answer with links — and a fact-check mode matches every quote to the exact page text it came from.
- Competitor, price and news monitoring

- Reads long documents for you
- Tenders, contracts, policies, reports and manuals — it pulls out deadlines, eligibility, risks and numbers.

- Logs in without seeing your password
- It can sign in to sites and fill in addresses from a secure vault without the password ever being shown to the AI.

- Runs code and scripts
- Crunches spreadsheets, converts files, cleans data and draws charts in seconds.
- Connects to any business app
- Through standard connectors it can use your CRM, team inbox, WhatsApp system, automation platform and hundreds of other services.

- Video generation
- Creates short video clips from text or images.
- Jingles and lyrics
- Writes song lyrics and ideas for a brand jingle.
A team of assistants
- Parallel helpers
- Splits a big task into parts and runs several helper assistants at the same time.
- Separate assistants for separate jobs
- A sales assistant, an operations assistant and a personal assistant — each with its own memory, skills and rules.
- Shared task board
- Assistants pick up tasks, work on them, hand them over and ask for review — like a small team.
- Assistants that message each other
- Your research assistant can hand its findings to your content assistant and get the reply back.
- Ask several AI models at once
- For big decisions, it consults several models and one writes the final answer.
Choose the brain
- Works with the world's leading AI models
- Claude, Google's AI, GPT and leading open models — chosen per task.
- Switch with one command
- A light model for quick questions, the strongest model for the hardest work.
- Automatic fallback
- If one model is busy or down, it moves to the next and the job still finishes.
- Cost control
- Routine jobs run on low-cost models; the expensive model is used only when it matters. Usage and cost reports show where the money goes.
- Private models
- It can run on AI models hosted on your own hardware, so nothing leaves your office.
Safety and control
- Asks before risky actions
- Approve or deny with one tap on your phone.
- Read-only checks
- Scheduled reports can look but never change anything.
- Only you and your team
- Locked to approved users. Strangers who message it get nothing.
- Undo
- It takes a snapshot before changing files, so any change can be rolled back.
- Secrets stay secret
- Passwords and keys are kept out of the assistant's reach in a secure vault.
- Network allow-list
- You decide which websites and services it may reach.
- Full history and usage reports
- Every conversation, every tool it used and every AI call is recorded.
- Protected instructions
- Its rulebook and memory cannot be quietly rewritten by a web page or an email it reads.
- Guards against runaway loops
- It notices when it keeps failing at the same step and stops to ask.
- Security checks on its components
- Scans its own add-ons and connectors for known vulnerabilities.
Looked after by Wakflow
- Set up, hosted and maintained by us
- Updates, new skills, fixes and a monthly review of what it did for you.
- Nightly backups
- Memory, skills, settings and conversation history are backed up every night.

- Lead Capture & CRM SyncEvery day it checks that each lead from WhatsApp and your website actually reached your CRM, and names any that went missing and where they got stuck.
- CRMAsk "how many new leads today?" or "who has not been followed up?" in chat; it reads your CRM and answers, or creates the follow-up task for you.

Questions about Personal AI Assistant.
Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions in a browser tab and forgets you. Your Wakflow assistant remembers your business, lives in your WhatsApp or Telegram, works on a schedule without being asked, and actually does things — reads your files, updates your apps, checks your systems and sends you reports.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, a monthly plan for hosting, maintenance and improvements, and AI usage at actual cost. We size the plan to how much you use it — a light personal assistant costs far less than a team of assistants running all day.
How long does setup take?
Days, not months. A basic assistant on your chat app can be ready quickly; connecting your business apps and switching on your daily jobs is done step by step with you, each one tested before it goes live.
Can I talk to it in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Type or send voice notes in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and it replies the same way. It can also draft messages for your customers in both languages.
Is my data safe? Who can see my chats?
Your assistant runs on its own private server, only for you. Only the people you approve can talk to it, the control panel is password-protected, and conversations, memory and settings are backed up every night.
Can it do something wrong on its own?
Scheduled checks only look — they never change anything. Anything that deletes, sends, pays or changes a system waits for your approval with one tap. It also takes a snapshot before editing files, so changes can be undone.
6 more questions
Can my staff use it on mobile?
Yes. It works inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Teams on any phone. You can add managers; each gets a private conversation, and you decide what each person may ask it to do.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
The assistant talks only to you and your team, not to thousands of customers, and we set it up on its own number or on the official WhatsApp Business route. Your customer-facing WhatsApp numbers stay separate.
Which apps can it connect to?
Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, your website, your CRM, your team inbox, your automations and hundreds of other services through standard connectors. If an app has an API or a website, it can usually be connected.
What if the AI is slow or down?
It has automatic fallback: if one AI model is busy or unavailable, it moves to the next one and the job still finishes. You are told if a scheduled job could not complete.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to it in plain language. We set it up, connect your apps, look after it and improve it every month.
Can it talk to my customers too?
This assistant works for you and your team. For customers, pair it with the Wakflow AI WhatsApp Agent and the Wakflow AI Voice Calling Agent — your assistant then keeps an eye on both for you.
Stop being the bottleneck. Get an assistant that never sleeps.
